With over 25 years of progressive HR expertise, I bring a wealth of knowledge and strategic insight to my HR consultancy. My career spans diverse sectors, including local government, technology, legal, and public service, equipping me with a broad perspective on human resources management.

With a background in the IT sector, I’ve managed multiple restructures and redundancies, including losing customer contracts, reorganising teams for efficiency, reducing headcount, relocating the company, and changing processes. 

I’ve also worked in the local government, managing a team of HR Consultants and collaborating with trade unions to implement revised and improved policies and processes.

When working for an outsourcing company, I managed the transfer of employees and their protected terms through insourcing or service transfers and exits. In the past, I held generalist HR roles in smaller organisations, which has given me a good understanding of the level of assistance required by both small and larger organisations.
